Scope Of Work

The project encompassed the provision of IT hardware and peripherals to enhance the operational capabilities of 223 offices, including Sub-Registrar (SR), Deputy Sub-Registrar (DSR), and Additional District Magistrate (ADM) Offices across 30 districts.

Key Components:

  • Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of IT Peripherals at 223 designated offices.
  • Procurement and installation of 14 types of equipment, including PCs, Antivirus software, Switches, Biometrics, Scanners, Printers, IRIS devices, Signature Pads, Web-Cams, Fire Extinguishers, UPS units, Stabilizers, and Batteries.
  • Upgradation of the State Data Center, involving the deployment of 1 Blade Chassis, 17 Blade Servers, Routers, and L-3 Switches to support the Application Team's requirements.
  • Seamless transition of data and applications from existing servers to newly installed infrastructure.
  • Establishment of connectivity between the installed servers and all SR, DSR, and ADM offices.
  • Implementation of a buy-back mechanism at 185 locations following the completion of installation.

This comprehensive initiative was designed to bolster the IT infrastructure of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, facilitating efficient operations and ensuring readiness for managing critical functions effectively.
